You will always get expert help when you leave your machine with us for a repair or service. As a Husqvarna authorised dealer, we have technicians who are professionally trained in servicing your Husqvarna products.
Workshop Jobs:
All machines booked in require a deposit of $66 inc GST which covers the quote fee or minimum labour fee. If a job is in for a full service, then this amount comes off the final invoice total.
A Quote Covers:
- Booking in machine.
- Diagnosis of problem.
- Quoting of price for parts and labour to repair.
- A phone, text or email of quote.
- Discussions to help you determine if machine is worth repairing.
- Disposal of machine if unwanted.
Minimum Labour Charge Covers:
- Booking in machine.
- Looking at a specifically requested issue.
- Fixing the problem.
- Parts are charged separately at an extra cost to the minimum labour charge.
- A phone, text or email to let you know when the job is completed.
Express service option:
- An additional $50 can be paid in order to perform a repair or service after hours with the aim to have your machine ready for collection at the start of the next business day.
- Parts availability could prohibit this outcome.
- We may need to discuss an issue with you which may delay this outcome.
